Attorney Sheralys Tolentino Morales joined the American Dream Law Office in September 2025 as an Intake Attorney, bringing with her a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.
A member of the Puerto Rico Bar since 2021, Attorney Tolentino Morales earned her Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao Campus. Her academic and professional background reflect her lifelong dedication to advocacy, empowerment, and service.
Before joining our firm, she practiced immigration law with national and regional firms, where she represented clients in a wide range of family-based, humanitarian, and employment-related immigration matters—including Adjustment of Status, Petitions for Alien Relatives and Fiancés, Naturalization, Employment Authorization, and waiver applications. She has also trained and mentored paralegal staff, ensuring high standards of client care and compliance in all filings.
Earlier in her career, Attorney Tolentino Morales served as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence at Hogar Nueva Mujer, where she provided empowerment training, case management, and advocacy services. This experience continues to shape her compassionate and client-centered approach to immigration law today.
She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)—Central Florida and Puerto Rico Chapters—and the Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Puerto Rico (No. 21008).
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Attorney Tolentino Morales combines her legal expertise with a strong sense of empathy and cultural understanding to help clients achieve their version of the American Dream.
