Before you start
- Have the phone with the WhatsApp Business app for 888-963-7326 in hand, updated to the latest version (2.24.17 or newer).
- Be logged in to Facebook as an admin of the firm's Meta Business portfolio.
- Do this on a computer, in Chrome (Safari can block the Facebook window). The Facebook window will show a QR code that you scan from the Business app.
The number stays in the Business app. Your team keeps replying from their phones, and the bot answers new chats.

2. Connect the Business app
Click the button and follow the Facebook window. When it asks, choose connect your existing WhatsApp Business app, enter 888-963-7326, and scan the QR code with the Business app. Say yes to sharing chat history if you want past chats copied over.
3. Result
Last step: in Vercel (project adlo-sales-redesign, Settings → Environment Variables), set:

Then redeploy. The contacts and history syncs must start within 24 hours of connecting. If either step above failed, send a screenshot of this page before closing it.
