Law360, New York (October 7, 2016, 4:50 PM EDT) — The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said Thursday it has issued four draft templates on requests for evidence for E-1 treaty trader and E-2 treaty investor visa petitions and is taking comments on the proposed forms.

Members of the public can submit comments up until Oct. 21 on the four petitions, which include I-129 forms for E-1 treaty traders, E-1 employees of treaty traders, E-2 treaty investors and E-2 employees of treaty investors, according to a press release issued Thursday by USCIS.
