Law360, New York (October 17, 2016, 6:02 PM EDT) — The U.S. told a federal court Friday it should dismiss a Pacific island casino’s new claim that the government illegally denied permits to workers, saying that the casino’s permits to employ nonimmigrants with CW-1 visas have already expired and thus can’t form the basis of a claim.
