Law360, New York (December 4, 2015, 4:32 PM ET) — Texas has withdrawn its request for a court order blocking the impending resettlement of two Syrian refugee families, clearing the way for the refugees to resettle in the state as soon as Monday.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Friday said the state was no longer seeking a temporary restraining order because the federal government had provided the information it requested about the families to satisfy security concerns.
