Law360, New York (December 2, 2015, 10:47 PM ET) — While proposed changes for the Form I-9 include “smart” features aimed at reducing errors and making the document more user-friendly, experts say employers might have some trouble adjusting to updates for the interpreter section and argued that the government should provide more clarification on how to complete the digital form.
