Law360, New York (December 3, 2015, 6:36 PM ET) — A Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday dismissed most of the cross-claims bankrupt shipbuilder Signal International filed against a recruiter named as a co-defendant in cases over an alleged human trafficking scheme, finding the claims had already been ruled on in a leading case but that indemnity claims had not been resolved.
