Law360, New York (December 8, 2015, 7:26 PM ET) — A real estate developer facing a $136 million EB-5 fraud suit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission told a Washington federal court to reject the agency’s attempt to block his request to have the case heard by a jury, saying the agency wrongly argued that the request came too late.
