Law360, New York (September 13, 2016, 2:53 PM EDT) — An El Salvadoran national has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Fifth Circuit ruling that it lacked jurisdiction to hear a challenge to the Board of Immigration Appeal’s decision not to reopen removal proceedings of its own accord, saying the appeals court’s legal analysis was flawed.
