Law360, New York (October 12, 2016, 8:57 PM EDT) — The EB-5 visa program investors suing the owner of Vermont ski resort Jay Peak over $200 million in allegedly misused and stolen funds asked a Florida federal court Tuesday to compel discovery from financial services company Raymond James & Associates, claiming among other things that the company has refused to search its records for use of the term “Ponzi.”
The investors also said Raymond James has refused to produce documents and privilege logs and to provide a timetable for when the documents will be produced….
