Law360, New York (September 19, 2016, 5:24 PM EDT) — A watchdog for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security released a report Monday saying over 850 people have been granted citizenship even though they had been ordered to leave the country, when their fingerprint information wasn’t in a specific government system.
