Law360, Los Angeles (October 14, 2016, 8:33 PM EDT) — A Mexican national who saw his bid to reopen his Board of Immigration Appeals case shut down at the Fifth Circuit has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a decision barring courts from hearing such cases in certain circumstances given a high court decision from last year that allows courts to consider the denials.
