Law360, New York (December 21, 2015, 4:56 PM ET) — Arizona’s Maricopa County has again urged the Supreme Court to consider whether the Ninth Circuit erred by adding it as a party to a case accusing the county Sheriff’s Office of orchestrating racially motivated traffic stops to verify drivers’ immigration status, saying it shouldn’t have been rejoined to the litigation.
