Law360, New York (December 23, 2015, 10:08 PM ET) — There is evidence that Hispanic workers alleging sexual abuse and physical assaults at a unit of Koch Foods Inc. are pursuing the claims as a means to obtain legal status, the company said Tuesday, urging the Fifth Circuit to allow discovery of the workers’ visa applications.

Koch Foods of Mississippi LLC asked the appeals court to affirm a trial court’s decision to allow discovery of U-visa applications and related materials in a case the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has brought on behalf of the workers….
