Law360, New York (December 23, 2015, 8:51 PM ET) — The American Unity Legal Defense Fund has filed an amicus brief in support of states challenging the president’s immigration executive actions in an appeal before the Supreme Court, saying that granting work authorization to millions of unauthorized immigrants runs contrary to the intent of Congress.
