Law360, New York (July 25, 2016, 7:29 PM ET) — A proposed class of low-income immigrants residing in Arizona filed a complaint in federal court Monday accusing the state’s Medicaid program of violating the Medicaid provisions of the Social Security Act by withholding full-scope coverage to eligible immigrants in favor of emergency-only coverage.
