Law360, Los Angeles (September 22, 2016, 4:44 PM EDT) — Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. agreed to pay $750,000 in back wages and interest to settle U.S. Department of Labor claims that it discriminated against sales position applicants at its Conway, Arkansas, location between 2008 and 2010 on the basis of race or national origin, the agency said Thursday.

The deal between HPE and the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs affects 504 qualified applicants who applied for sales representative positions in what was then Hewlett-Packard Co.’s Conway location from December 2008 to August 2010 but…
