Law360, New York (October 18, 2016, 3:16 PM EDT) — Plaintiffs in a putative class action calling for changes to the randomized lottery system for doling out H-1B visas asked an Oregon federal judge Monday to enter judgment in their favor declaring that the system is unlawful and to halt its operation, saying it runs afoul of immigration law.
