Law360, New York (December 16, 2015, 6:09 PM ET) — The departments of State and Homeland Security urged a Washington federal judge Monday to toss a putative class action filed by immigrants over the State Department’s abrupt change to the October visa bulletin, saying the court lacks jurisdiction and the suit’s claims are insufficient.
