Law360, Miami (December 21, 2015, 8:12 PM ET) — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security urged a Florida federal judge Friday to toss a former deputy chief counsel’s discrimination suit against the agency, arguing she had not presented enough evidence showing she was illegally demoted to beat the department’s motion for summary judgment.
