Law360, New York (August 23, 2016, 10:44 PM ET) — In a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, two prominent Republican senators lambasted the Ninth Circuit’s recent decision that only criminally convicted immigrants who enter immigration custody soon after being released can be detained without bond hearings, saying the decision clashed with other circuits’ rulings.
