Law360, New York (December 17, 2015, 8:19 PM ET) — A Georgia farm targeted by an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission race and national origin bias suit on Thursday asked a Georgia federal court to sanction the agency for allegedly failing to provide complete discovery documents and making false and intentionally misleading statements regarding individual workers’ claims.
