Law360, New York (May 31, 2016, 8:06 PM ET) — The Office of Foreign Labor Certification has quietly unveiled changes to its organizational structure, rearranging its divisions into four units, under changes that will take effect on June 13.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s OFLC, which handles labor certification requests for companies looking to bring workers from abroad to the U.S., recently posted a new organization chart, outlining four major divisions.
