Law360, San Francisco (September 21, 2016, 9:04 PM EDT) — A Michigan federal judge ruled Tuesday that a former manager at a Dubai-based affiliate of chemical company MEGlobal can’t pursue discrimination claims against her former employer and The Dow Chemical Co. because her case’s ties to Michigan — and to Dow — are too weak.
