Law360, New York (September 19, 2016, 9:54 PM EDT) — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security on Friday urged a D.C. federal court to throw out a suit from a technology workers union over the newest work rule for student visa holders, slamming its “copycat lawsuit” and accusing it of rehashing arguments.
