Law360, San Francisco (September 30, 2016, 8:26 PM EDT) — A Texas federal judge has sentenced a woman to nearly six years in federal prison and her husband to nearly three, and ordered both to pay nearly $1.2 million, for conspiring to smuggle more than 500 immigrants into the United States illegally, the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday.
