Law360, New York (October 21, 2016, 8:04 PM EDT) — Constangy Brooks Smith & Prophete LLP asked a Florida federal court Friday to let it withdraw, on the eve of trial, from representing a blueberry farm in a national origin discrimination lawsuit brought against it by a class of Haitian workers, citing a recently discovered conflict of interest.

With the case set for trial during the Middle District of Florida’s November trial term, the firm asked the court to allow it to withdraw from the case because it was made aware late Wednesday of an “irreconcilable”…
