Law360, New York (September 30, 2016, 8:14 PM EDT) — The Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals on Thursday ordered the denial of labor certifications for 382 immigrants be reversed, after they were challenged by Cognizant Technology Solutions, finding compensation information provided for potential U.S. job applicants was sufficient.

According to a decision and order directing the grant of certification, Cognizant filed applications for permanent employment certification for the nearly 400 foreign workers and had them denied because an immigration official found the company hadn’t properly disclosed to potential applicants a geography-based cost of labor adjustment….
