Law360, Los Angeles (December 2, 2015, 9:03 PM ET) — Texas’ top lawyer lodged a lawsuit Wednesday to pump the brakes on the federal government’s plan to settle six Syrian refugees in the state by Friday, saying the feds hadn’t given Texas enough information about the refugees and that the state has security concerns.
