Law360, New York (December 22, 2015, 2:40 PM ET) — The U.S. Chamber of Commerce along with a Florida landscaper urged the Eleventh Circuit on Monday to rethink vacating a lower court’s order that invalidated a 2012 set of H-2B visa rules, saying the order should stand while the lower court considers whether the case is moot in light of new regulations.
