Law360, New York (October 11, 2016, 7:28 PM EDT) — The federal government didn’t actually extend the EB-5 investor pilot program beyond its expiration date when President Barack Obama signed H.R. 5325, a nonprofit organization claimed in a suit filed Friday in Texas federal court, saying the budget legislation didn’t specifically name the program.
