Law360, New York (August 25, 2016, 1:11 PM ET) — An immigrant whose work authorization period was reduced after a Texas judge blocked President Barack Obama’s immigration executive actions filed a complaint Thursday seeking to exempt New York residents from the Texas injunction, arguing that it is “unlawfully broad.”
