Law360, New York (December 17, 2015, 6:16 PM ET) — AT&T Mobility LLC was hit with a lawsuit in California state court by a Muslim former employee from Jordan who alleges that he was mocked, harassed and discriminated against because of his background, including being accused of being a terrorist, and says he was fired when he complained.
