Law360, New York (October 7, 2016, 5:36 PM EDT) — An arrest warrant has been issued for the owner of a Washington restaurant who failed to appear in court in connection with a $1.3 million case over a purported failure to pay minimum wage and overtime to dozens of workers, most of whom spoke little to no English.
