Law360, New York (December 2, 2015, 5:59 PM ET) — The Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals on Tuesday ordered that two companies be granted permanent labor certification for tech positions, including one New Jersey business that challenged the position that it had left out key pieces of information in an internal job posting.
