Law360, New York (December 22, 2015, 9:10 PM ET) — The Ninth Circuit on Monday dismissed a petition from the adopted son of two U.S. citizens who has been charged as deportable and was seeking review of his citizenship claim, with the appeals court saying it lacked jurisdiction because the man hasn’t yet been ordered to be deported.
