Law360, New York (December 9, 2015, 11:57 AM ET) — The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the Board of Immigration Appeals’ denial of a Mexican national’s request to cancel a removal order, agreeing with the agency that the man had failed to establish the continuous presence requirement and therefore was not eligible for such relief.
