Law360, Chicago (September 9, 2016, 7:27 PM ET) — The Seventh Circuit will not review the case of an Iraqi immigrant who has faced deportation for 26 years because his proceedings were legally sound, it said Friday, but it urged the government to allow the man another chance to stay in the country.
