Law360, New York (December 9, 2015, 8:05 PM ET) — Three unauthorized immigrants and several former immigration officials have urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision affirming a block on the president’s core immigration executive actions, saying respectively that the Fifth Circuit misunderstood the policy guidance and its ruling undercuts the basis for many forms of deferred action.
