Law360, San Francisco (September 20, 2016, 7:41 PM EDT) — A divided Eleventh Circuit found Monday that an Albanian immigrant’s conviction for selling controlled substances under Florida law made him ineligible to escape removal proceedings because the crime amounted to an aggravated felony as defined by federal law.
